The Vision Board Experience
(January)
The Vision Board Experience is an event centered on goal setting with a wellness focus led by subject matter experts in five major forms of health (mental, emotional, spiritual, social & physical)
The Self-Care Experience
(April)
The Self-Care Experience is an event centered on fun and unique forms of self-care, such as creating artwork, planting gardens, and yoga. Each year we engage in a different activity with an exciting theme.
Talk It Out, Walk It Out
(August)
Black women experience issues like maternal and infant death, heart disease, and mental health concerns at higher rates than women of other races. Talk It Out, Walk It Out is a walk to raise awareness and break the cycle of health disparities impacting Black women.
